Meet Dr Simon Wallace – Pastor of NewDay Ministries Christian Centre
Dr Simon Wallace, a graduate of Canada Christian College and the European Theological Seminary, is the esteemed pastor of NewDay Ministries Christian Centre. The youngest of seven children born to Cleveland and Evadney Wallace, Simon’s journey has been marked by his dedication to excellence and his unwavering commitment to God’s Word.
Growing up in South East London, Simon demonstrated an extraordinary talent for music from an early age, mastering multiple instruments. As an accomplished saxophonist and keyboardist, he went on to form two of the UK’s most renowned community choirs, touring internationally and touching lives through music.
A prolific songwriter and pioneer of gospel music in the UK, Simon has received numerous awards for his contributions. His music has been featured on television, celebrated on radio stations, and made him one of the most sought-after gospel artists of the 1990s and beyond.
From a young age, it was clear that God’s call was on Simon’s life. After faithfully serving in various roles within the church, he was ordained into ministry. At the age of forty, responding to God’s direction, Simon founded NewDay Ministries Christian Centre, a non-denominational church welcoming people from all walks of life. Week after week, lives are transformed, enriched, and inspired by the power of God.
Simon’s unique anointing allows him to deliver relevant, life-changing messages. His ministry imparts healing, hope, and the promise of a fresh start, challenging the mind and inspiring the heart. As a sought-after preacher, teacher, and mentor, Simon has ministered across the UK, the USA, and the Caribbean.
Beyond the pulpit, Simon is a devoted husband and father to three sons, all of whom actively serve in the ministry. His leadership has established NewDay Ministries as a beacon of love, care, and excellence, known throughout London and beyond.
Dr Simon Wallace is a visionary pastor who passionately serves the body of Christ. His ministry is a testament to God’s purpose for this time, this day, and this season.
