NDM Advisory Service was also set up to meet the needs of the Church community and offer a range of services which has helped in providing people from all walks of life with assistance and support.
Many of the congregation at NDM work in the public and private sector. They are able to provide the local communities in Redbridge and Walthamforest with well-needed support in a number of areas. This is through volunteering, using their respective skills and knowledge.
Advice will be provided by experienced staff with an in-depth knowledge of welfare benefits, housing services, mandatory reconsideration and representation and benefit sanctions.
We will do their our utmost to meet your requirements and where necessary and with your consent, we can refer and signpost you to other relevant statutory and third agencies in order to ensure that all of your needs are properly addressed.
Please note, the advice provided will be free, independent, impartial and confidential.
We are also serving the community in the areas of homelessness and annual food programmes. Volunteers from the Church work with Crisis at Christmas, also support feeding those that are hungry and in need at of shelter via the Local Authority feeding programmes.
Our clinics are open every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 7:30pm
