The mission of our Women Ministry is to empower women, in various stages of their lives that are seeking professional and personal growth through venues that provide motivation, awareness, and mentoring.  To encourage women to fulfil their call to a God given ministry of discipleship, stewardship and servant leadership via networking, teaching, networking empowerment.

The Vision for Women’s Ministry at NDM is to develop a caring community of women devoted to Christ, through:

• Significant and deepening relationships with one another
• Spiritual encouragement and growth
• Meeting the needs of each other in all seasons of our lives, and of those in our community and around the world

We will purpose to inspire, support and challenge one another as the women of NDM. We aim to provide a framework for a healthy expression and balance of our vision. We encourage one another in our relationships, spiritual life and giftedness.

At NDM we encourage growth, both in knowledge and application of the Word. Allowing time for spiritual reflection and culturally suitable opportunities for women to shape their personal living and to share their personal experience of transformation.

We aim to meet monthly ensuring we continue to identify areas of need and support.
